Our entire product line is Cruelty free. We DO NOT test on animals. All products are MADE IN THE USA.
WHY IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT OF TWO?
There is a purchase limit of 2 per item. We want to be fair and give everyone an opportunity to enjoy our products.

IS LADYESMERALDA COSMETICS SOLD IN ANY AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORES?
No, we exclusively sell our lip products online. We are a small online business store. At this time, there are no authorized retailers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our domestic shipping services. The customer can choose from the following shipping methods:

We offer international shipping to Canada, Denmark, and United Kingdom at this time. We are working on servicing more countries. We ship international through DHL Express. For your convenience, shipping costs are calculated once you begin the check-out process. *International order may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, LadyEsmeralda Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed to the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
ORDER PROCESSING
We are not responsible for orders that have been verified to be delivered at the destination provided by the customer yet claimed to be "lost/stolen." We provide tracking number with every order that we process to help the customer track the transit of their order.
We do our best to process your order as soon as it is received, but due to high demand, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped.
Once your order has been processed, there are no refunds. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order to avoid any charges to your account.
