We are a small business and do not accept any returns for hygienic reasons. All sales are final. Once your order is processed, no refunds are allowed. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order to avoid any charges to your account. In the event of receiving a damaged item (not used) we can exchange it for a new product but the damaged item must be returned back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience.
